Chloe Chang

CHLOE CHANG is an award winning illustrator based in the sunny island city of Singapore, where she spends her time reading, drawing, and applying sunblock lotion.She received her first art commission at the age of nine (she was paid in country erasers), and a decade later she graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a degree in Digital Animation.

Chloe has since worked in both television and print media as an illustrator and character designer. She was awarded the inaugural Illustrator of the Year in 2024, and also won the Crystal Kite award in the same year for her work in Windows to the World.
