Illustration Portfolio Pitching Session
The 2026 Singapore Children’s Book Festival is opening registrations for its inaugural Illustration Portfolio Pitching Session! It invites emerging illustrators and students to present their creative work directly to participating publishers.
The session is designed to provide a platform for emerging and aspiring illustrators to pitch their proposals, showcase their portfolios, as well as explore opportunities for future freelance and publishing collaborations within the children’s book industry.

Session Details
FRI, 19 June
2.30PM – 4.30PM
All participants are required to bring their illustration portfolio and/or project proposals to pitch to publishers during the session.
Each illustrator will be allocated approximately 15 minutes in a round-robin format where they will be given the time to present their portfolio and/or proposals to the participating publishers.
Allocation of timeslots will be arranged by the SBPA Secretariat.
